- What companies do you invest in? We invest in technology companies in the areas of Wireless Technology/Mobile applications, Digital Media, Cleantech, Next Generation Materials, Applications of semi conductor technology and IT/BIO convergence.
- How do I send in my business plan? Please read through our Guideline under the Contact - For Entrepreneurs section, before you send in your business plan.
- How quickly will my business plan be reviewed? Due to the many business plans we receive, give us 2-3 weeks to review your plan. Rest assured that it will be reviewed and that you will get feedback and eventually a list of next steps. Remember that a “no go” decision on our part does not mean that your project is without merit, but simply that it does not fit our criteria.
- How much do you invest in a company? The amount we invest in a company depends on our assessment and discussions with you on what it takes to get to the next level of growth and what we anticipate to be the future financing needs including timing of these needs.
- Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)? It is our policy not to sign NDAs with unlisted companies for one simple reason: we see lots of projects within our investment areas and we would create unnecessary potential liability issues if we were to sign NDAs. However, if you did some preliminary due diligence on us prior to submitting your plan, you will find that we did not establish our reputation by careless disregard of confidential information. We follow the strictest guidelines established by our industry.
- What stage of the company’s development do you provide financing? We invest in companies which we can scale internationally. Our investment strategy consists of working mainly with companies which have started generating revenues and are looking to expand internationally to capture market share and establish leadership in a particular segment. We provide the next relay for early stage investors.
- What can you provide besides financing of my project? We have a history of working closely with our portfolio companies providing advice, guidance and resources we have built over the years including our extensive network. We don’t pretend to know it all but what we do bring is experience of having been there through multiple economic cycles, making mistakes along the way and learning from these mistakes and hopefully giving you relevant inputs for you to make the decisions necessary to grow your business.
